Exchange and Return Policy

At Auroras, we are committed to offering you an excellent shopping experience. Our exchange and return policies are designed in accordance with current Chilean regulations.

When can I request an exchange or refund?

- If we made a mistake in your order
If you received an incorrect product (a different size, color, or model than the one purchased) or a defective product, you can request an exchange or refund. In this case, shipping costs are on us.

- If you want to make a product change
If the product is not defective but you wish to exchange it for another product (for example, a different size), you can do so within 10 days of receiving the package. In this case, shipping costs are your responsibility.
We do not issue refunds for voluntary exchanges.

- We do not issue refunds in other cases.
Under Chilean law, stores are not required to accept returns due to satisfaction or regret, so we do not issue refunds unless there was an error on our part.

How to request an exchange or return?

1️⃣ Write to us within 10 days of receiving your order at contacto@auroras.cl or via direct message on Instagram (@auroras.cl).

2️⃣ For exchanges , please select any product available in the store. Out-of-stock items cannot be reserved.

3️⃣ For returns due to errors or defects , the refund will be issued once we receive the product and confirm the problem.

Shipping options

📍 If you are in Santiago
You can exchange or return your order free of charge at our address in Las Condes . If you prefer home pickup, the shipping cost will be the usual within Santiago.

🚚 If you are in another region

- For exchanges, you must send us the product via Starken with prepaid shipping . We will send you the new product once we receive it.

- For returns due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
